Nagpur: Newly appointed District Collector Vimla R on Friday issued a directive to extend the 3rd level of the district by August 1, despite the low rate of infection. The restrictions will remain in effect from July 26 to August 1 to violate the COVID 19 transmission chain and address the threat of the Delta Plus Variant and Third waves in the Second Capital of the State. No new rest is offered in sequence.
Nagpur District is still subject to Level 3 so the restrictions are set accordingly. The 4pm time for all the important and unnecessary stores will always be in operation. Essential stores will remain open until 4pm daily while non-essential stores are allowed to operate until 4pm on weekdays only.
Supermarkets, schools, and training facilities will remain closed The order will remain valid in the Nagpur district outside the areas of Nagpur Municipal Corporation.
